<br />- - ORDINANCE NO. 94- 32 <br />PAGE TWO SECTION 2. That the current Article' XI of the Mayfield <br />Village Charter is hereby and hereiri repealed in its entirety. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance, upon adoption by two-thirds of the <br />members of Council, shall be referred by the Clerk to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Elections for placement on the ballot in November, <br />1994. Upon this proposed amendment being approved by the majority <br />of the electors voting'thereon, it shall become part of the Charter <br />of the Village of Mayfield. SECTION 4. The language appearing on the ballot on November <br />8, 1994, shall be as follows: <br />PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT <br />(MAJORITY AFFIRMATIVE VOTE REQUIRED) <br />SHALL ORDINANCE NO. 94-32 , PROPOSING THE AMENDMENT OF <br />ARTICLE XI OF THE.MAYFIELD VILLAGE CHARTER, SO AS TO <br />ESTABLISH THE PROCEDURES FOR.A CHARTER REVIEW COMMIS5ION <br />EVERY FIVE YEARS, AT NO COMPENSATION, BE ADOPTED? <br />SECTION 5.
