ORDINANCE NO. 92- i8 PAGE TWO 1185.10 PERMIT AND REVIEW FEES. * * ~ (d) Irrespective of any other provision herein, there shall be a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for each sign permitted in Residential One and Two-Family Districts and Apartment House and Restricted Multi-Story Apartment House districts. This fee shall not app1Y to garage sale signs permitted under Chapter 1385. Upon removal of each such sign the applicant shall receive a refund in the amount of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50). SECTION 4. That Section 1185.12(e) of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and herein amended to include a new subsection (3), to read as follows: 1185.12 RESIDENTIAL ONE AND TWO-FAMILY DISTRICTS. (e) Real Estate Signs. s not otherwise limited to a specific term, shall not be permitted beyond six (6) months time without the approval of the maiority of Council. SECTION 5. That Section 1185.16 of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: 1185.16 SIGNS PERMITTED IN ALL DISTRICTS; STANDARDS. * * ~ (d) Political Signs. Political signs shall be permitted in all zoning districts but may be displayed only in accordance with the following regulations: (1) Such signs shall be located not less than ~~ twenty feet from the right-of-way line. ~L Such signs shall be either parallel or ,perpendicular to the frontacLe street of said property. SECTION 6. That Section 1305.11 of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: 1305.11 FEES FOR SUBMISSION OF PLANS. (a) All plans for new buildings or exterior alterations must be submitted by the Board, together with a registration fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each accessory building; thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for each out building, garage, addition or alteration in residential areas; one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each single or two-family dwelling house; one hundred dollars ~- ($100.00) base fee plus five dollars ($5.00) for each 1,000 square feet
