I <br />INTRODUCTION <br />This report identifies the development opportunities of a <br />Study Area bounded by Wilson Mills Road, I-271, White Road and <br />SOM Center Road (SR 91) in Mayfield Village, Ohio. A <br />recommended Land Use Plan is then presented. <br />REGIONAL PERSPECTIVE: In 1965, Interstate 271 was built as an <br />"outer belt" freeway around Cleveland's urbanized area in <br />eastern Cuyahoga County.
