The COUNTY shall. be responsible for acquiring any and all deeds and easements necessary far the construction, maintenance, operation and repair of the pumping station and force main facilities. SECTION IV - SANITARY SEWERS A. The VILLAGE shall own all sanitary sewers within its municipal limits except for existing and futuze County improvements, and shall obtain all regulatory agency Permits required. H, eefare construction of any sanitary sewers, the plans sha7.1 be reviewed and approved by the Village Engineer and the COUNTY. C. The COUNTY agrees to maintain all sanitary main lines and lateral connections in the public right of way and easements in compliance with the best available practice. D. The COUNTY agrees to made all necessary repairs to the sanitary sewers. E. The VILLAGE shall be responsible for the expansion of the sanitary sewer system. F'. Na work of construction of any sanitary mainline, lateral connection, or service connection shall be done except in the presence of an inspector employed by the COUNTY. The VILLAGE shall also inspect main line sanitary sewers in the public right of way and easements. G. sewer connection permits shall be obtained from the County Sanitary Engineer for all lateral and service connections prior to any tie in after authorization by the Village. F3. The VILLAGE shall. be responsible for the collection of any tap in fees for VILLAGE improvements and the COUNTY shall be responsible for collection ®f tap in fees for County Improvements. z.
