The items being audited include: ~/' <br />a. 6 buildings <br />2. Review and tabulate available utility & general building data provided by t~>S7C'`~f Mayfield Village. <br />a. Create a comprehensive lis# of buildings and structures that consume energy or resources. <br />b. Identify who has management responsibility for facility. <br />c. Identify energy or resources consumed. Quantify amount and cost #or energy and resources over <br />a 12 month period for each building. The 12 month period shall consist of a recent contiguous 12 <br />month period. <br />d. Rank facilities by energy use. ~ ~ <br />3. Review ~~~ Mayfield Village capita! plan, past energy studies and building assessments <br />(where applicable). <br />4. Review existing building drawings {where available}. <br />5. Perform site visit & interview maintenance staff. ~ y <br />6. Coordinate potential energy conservation measures {ECM's} with ~hstMayfield Village capital <br />budget plan (current and planned renovation projects). <br />7. Participate in meetings with develop, refine and prioritize ECM's. <br />8. For each building provide the following: ' <br />a. General building overview. ~"t-Q. v <br />b. Evaluation of the existing building and its existing mechanical and electrical systems. <br />c. Create baseline energy model for each building as currently utilized; calibrate against actual utility <br />bills. <br />d. Evaluate various energy conservation measures (ECM's) against baseline energy model. <br />e. Calcu{ate construction, total project cost and simple payback for each ECM. <br />f. Recommend energy conservation measures that should be implemented, as well as additional <br />mechanical, electrical, bull i g envelope upgrades that should be implemented due to age or <br />condition. ,{.f~.1~ <br />9. Conduct discussion with ~it'y to develop, refine and prioritize recommendations. <br />10. Identify and aid flx~ktity~.6f Mayfield Village with utility incentives and grant opportunities. <br />11. Identify opportunities for Energy Star label. <br />12. Present report to ~i~,~{,gf Mayfield Village. <br />DELIVERABLES <br />Energy Assessment Report containing the following: <br />• Executive Summary <br />• Existing Conditions Narrative containing the following for each building: <br />(I). Building overview <br />(ii}. Description of existing mechanical and electrical systems <br />{iii). Building usage <br />(iv). Energy consumption <br />• Evaluation of general buiiding condition as well as mechanical and electrical systems for each. <br />• Analysis of energy conservation opportunities in each building. <br />(i). Description of conservation measure or renewable energy opportunity. <br />(ii). Identification of potential regulatory issues. <br />(iii). Evaluation including advantages and disadvantages. <br />(iv). Estima#e of total project cost to implement. <br />(v). Estimate of savings in mmbtus (one thousand thousand British Thermal Units) and do}tars. <br />(vi). Estimate of reduction in greenhouse gases. <br />(vii).
