An IP is required for each exercise and will be based pn the recommendations cantained in the AAR. As previausly mentioned, proposed exercise dates and planning cdnference daies must be coordinated and approved by thc dFMA E-xercise Prograrn Manager to avoid scheduling conflicts. This soheduling process will be conducted at the Training and Excrcise Planning Workshap ('f&EpW) thatis scheduled for January 16-17, 200$. 14. Attendanc;e at the Training and Exercise Pldnning Workshop is mandatory for cach UASI Area to ailow fnr the forlnulation of jaint Staie af 4hiq/LJASI Areas Training and Exercise Plan ('l"EP), While Urban Area specific, the TEP must tie inlo the Multi-Ycar TEP developed by the State, and be in line with the Urban Area's I-Iomeland Security Strategy. 15, All exercises must be entered in the National Exercise Schedule (NEXS).
