MSEL (30 days prior to #he exerciss). . <br />9, The Stale of Ohio Ivlulti-Hazard EEM will bc the solE ba,5is for the evaluatinn af <br />cxercises eonducted under this sub-grant. <br />10, Oncc an exercise is completed, an initial drAft of the after actian report (AAR) and <br />Cmprovement Pian {TP} must be submilted to the OEM/1 Fxercise Prpgram Manager na <br />later than (NL7) 30 days after lhe cvmpletion of the exercisc. A fnal copy must be <br />provided within 60 days after the completion of the exercisc, Ta ensure uniformiiy, AAR <br />and IP templates wil[ be provided. ? <br />11. An IP is required for each exercise and will be based pn the recommendations cantained <br />in the AAR. Yn. addition to developing the IP, the county will be iasked with reviewing <br />the IP recommendations and developing a Corrective Action/Impravement Action for <br />cach recommendation, identifying the Respansible I'arty/Agency far caordinating the <br />implemcnkalion of that Corrcctive Action/Irctprovemeni Action, as well As a tentative <br />Complction Date. The TY must be submitted for approval #o the OEMA Exercise <br />, Program Manager within 60 days aftcr the comptetian af the exercise. <br />12. Copies of all f nal versions of the exercise scenaria, SITMANs, FowerPoint <br />presentatians, ExFlan, C/E Handbook, the MSEL, evaluation forms, AARs, CAPsIIPs, <br />sign-in sheets, etc. must be provided to the OEMA Exercise Program Manager and arc <br />not proprietary ca any county, sub-grantee ar contractor(s). , <br />13. As previausly mentioned, proposed exercise dates and planning cdnference daies must be <br />coordinated and approved by thc dFMA E-xercise Prograrn Manager to avoid scheduling <br />conflicts. This soheduling process will be conducted at the Training and Excrcise <br />Planning Workshap ('f&EpW) thatis scheduled for January 16-17, 200$. <br />14. Attendanc;e at the Training and Exercise Pldnning Workshop is mandatory for cach UASI <br />Area to ailow fnr the forlnulation of jaint Staie af 4hiq/LJASI Areas Training and <br />Exercise Plan ('l"EP), While Urban Area specific, the TEP must tie inlo the Multi-Ycar <br />TEP developed by the State, and be in line with the Urban Area's I-Iomeland Security <br />Strategy. <br />15, All exercises must be entered in the National Exercise Schedule (NEXS). The <br />responsibility for entering lhe information far the inforrnation, including planning <br />eonfcrence and cxercise datcs, contact inforrnation, parlicipating agencies, etc. will be the <br />responsibil'ity of the lacal exercise planning team.
