(1) Remove all bore pits, and all we31 spoils <br />fi•om the sfibject property; <br />(2) Fill all bore pits with clean fi11 dirt, and <br />restore the grade of the site to its previous elevation; <br />(3) Seed all disturbed sites with grass or other <br />vegetative ground cover and ensure such ground cover <br />becomes established; and <br />(4) Notify the Building Cornmissioner and <br />Village Engineer that the site has been restored <br />pursuant to the terms of division N and this division <br />(i). The Building Conunissioner, Village Engirzeer and <br />any otliez• pz•o Fessional needed by the Villaga, shall <br />iiispect tlie site within 14 days of the notification. <br />(j) At alI times rela#ive to the drilling, operation <br />and capping af the well, the well and all tank facilities <br />sha11 be secured from public access by sufficient <br />fencing andlor vegetation. The suf£'iciency of the <br />fencing and vegetation shall be determined by the <br />Builciing Commissionez. Represen#atives of the <br />Village shall have access to all affected areas during <br />the course of constz•uction and installation, for the <br />purpose of inspection and moni#oring puiposes. In <br />adciition the SLirface O?vner or Permit Holder shall do <br />the followiniz: <br />(1) The Pezx,nit Holder or Surface Dwner of <br />M parcel unon Nvhich an oil or gas weil will be <br />located shall be responsible for installation and <br />maintenance of screening and btiffering as set forth in <br />this section.
