Agreenre?rt between 16'layfield V'illage and F.O.P. Lodge 57 ARTICLE 23 LONGEVITY Sec4ion 23.1. Years of setvice shall be defined as the total number of twelve (12) month periods of service completed on or before December 31st of each year. Each twelve (12) month period used to compute years of service commences on the anniversary date of the employee's first date of employment with the V'illage and ends on the last day prior to the employee's next consecutive anniversary date. Section 23.2. The only seivice that shall be used to compute longevity pay shall be years of service as a full-time employee of Mayfield V'illage. Section 23.3.
