All members of the bargaining unit as of the date of passage hereof sha11 retain, for the <br />purposes of computing their longevity pay, the years of service credited to their employment with the <br />V'illage, as currently appears on the personnel and payroll records of the V'illage. <br />ARTICLE 24 <br />VA CATION <br />Section 24.1. Employees covered by tlus Agrcement shall be granted vacation with pay, after one <br />year of continuous service with the V"illage of Mayfield. The vacation schedule shall be as follows: <br />In year of Amount of Vacation <br />Employment Time Earned <br />As Specified in <br />1 Section 24.2 In year of Amount of Vacation <br />Employment Time Earned <br />2 1 week 14 4 weeks <br />3 2 weeks 15 4 weeks, 1 day <br />4 2 weeks 16 4 weeks, 2 days <br />5 2 weeks, 1 day 17 4 weeks, 3 days <br />6 2 weeks, 2 days 18 4 weeks, 4 days <br />7 2 weeks, 3 days 19 5 weeks <br />8 2 weeks, 4 days 20 5 weeks, 1 day <br />9 3 weeks 21 5 weeks, 2 days <br />10 3 weeks, 1 day 22 5 weeks, 3 days <br />11 3 weeks, 2 days 23 5 weeks, 4 days <br />12 3 weeks, 3 days 24 6 weeks <br />13 3 weeks, 4 days 25+ 6 weeks, 1 day <br />No more than six (6) weeks, one (1) day of vaca.tion time for more than twenty-five (25) years of <br />service. <br />The head of each department shall detemiine the schedule of vacations for the employees thereof. <br />"Year of Employment" as used in this Section pertaining to va.cation schedules means years of <br />employment with Mayfield V'illage only. <br />Page 19 of 35
