Agreement belween Mayfield V'illage and F.O.P. Lodge 57 <br />Section 25.5 In the event an employee voluntarily leaves his employment prior to December 31 st <br />of any yeaz, his uniform allowance for ttiat year shall be prorated pursuant to the following <br />formula: <br />Uniform Allowance x Number of Days of the = Allowance <br />365 Year Already Passed Due <br />The prorata uniform allowance will be paid on the reimbursement basis per Section 25.2 and will <br />be paid with the following uniform allowance check run. <br />ARTICLE 26 <br />HOLIDAYS <br />Section 26.1. Effective at the beginning of each year, all members of the bargaining unit <br />shall receive the following paid holidays: <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />IndependenCe Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Friday after Thanksgiving <br />Day before Christmas <br />Christmas D ay <br />Five (5) Personal Days <br />Section 26.2. All members of the bargaining unit shall receive one hundred four (104) <br />hours of holiday time on January 1 st as compensation for the holidays listed in Section 26.1. <br />This holiday titne shallbetaken anadaycfi.uingthecalendaryeartobepidiedby the employee with the prior <br />approval of the Chief or Executive Offica, except that the V'illage retains the right to schedule tle use of <br />hofiday time on the holidays Med 'm Secbion 26.1. <br />5ection 26.3. If an employee is required to work on one of the holidays set forth in Sadian <br />26.1(exdLxkg thefive(5) pasonaldays), he shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times his regular <br />rate for all hours worked. <br />Section 26.4. All members of the bargaining unit who work the majority of a shift on a <br />holiday shall be compensated for the entire shift in accordance with the holiday pay <br />provisions set forth in Section 26.3. <br />Page 22 of 35
