The only service that shall be used to compute <br />longevity pay shall be years or service as a full-time employee of <br />Mayfield Village. <br />Section 23.3. Each full-time member of the bargaining unit shall <br />be entitled to longevity pay increases in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br />Longevity <br />For not Payment <br />Less <br />Than but Less Than of: <br />5 years 6 years $750.00 <br />6 years 7 years $800.00 <br />7 years 8 years $850.00 <br />8 years 9 years $900.00 <br />9 years 10 years $950.00 <br />10 years 11 gears $1,000.00 <br />11 years 12 years $1,050.00 <br />12 years 13 years $1,100.00 <br />13 years 14 years $1,150.00 <br />14 years 15 years $1,200.00 <br />15 years 16 years $1,250.00 <br />16 years 17 years $1,300.00 <br />17 years 18 years $1,350.00 <br />18 years 19 years $1,400.00 <br />19 years 20 years $1,450.00 <br />For 20 years or more $1,500.00 <br />Section 23.4. Longevity benefit will be paid the first pay period <br />zn December each year. <br />Section 23.5.
