Lodges 57 <br />Section 25.5 In the event an employee voluntarily leaves his <br />employment prior to December 31st of any year, his uniform <br />allowance for that year shall be prorated pursuant to the <br />following formula: <br />Uniform Allowance <br />3 65 <br />x Number of Days of the = Allowance <br />Year Already Passed Due <br />The prorata uniform allowance will be paid on the reimbursement <br />basis per Section 25.2 and will be paid with the following <br />uniform allowance check run. <br />ARTICLE 26 <br />HOLILIAYS <br />Section 26.1. Effective at the beginning of each year, all <br />members of the bargaining unit shall receive the following paid <br />holidays: <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Friday after Thanksgiving <br />Day before Christmas <br />Christmas Day <br />Four (4) Personal Days <br />Section 26.2. All members of the bargaining unit shall receive <br />ninety-six (96) hours of holiday time on January 1st as <br />compensation for the holidays listed in Section 26.1. This holiday <br />time shall be taken on a day during the calendar year to be picked <br />by the emplayee with the prior approval of the Chief or Executive <br />Officer, except that the City retains the right to schedule the use <br />of holiday time on the holidays stated in Section 26.1. <br />Section 26.3. If an employee is required to work on one of the <br />holidays set forth in Section 26.1 (excluding the four (4) personal <br />days), he shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times his regular <br />rate for all hours worked. <br />Page 29 of 43 <br />
