The F.O.P. shall provide to the Employer an <br />official roster of the Mayfield Village Bargaining Representatives, <br />which is to be kept current at all times and shall include the <br />following: <br />1. name <br />2. address <br />3. home telephone number <br />4. i~nediate supervisor; and <br />5. F.O.P. office held. <br />No employee shall be recognized by the Employer as a F.O.P. <br />representative until the F.O.P. has presented the Employer with <br />written notification of that person's selection. <br />Section 12.3. The investigation and writing of grievances should <br />be on non-duty time. If grievance hearings are scheduled during an <br />employee's regular duty hours, the employee shall not suffer ary <br />loss of pay while attending the hearing. <br />Section 12.4. Two (2) members of the negotiating committee or two <br />(2) members of the grievance committee shall be allowed time off <br />with pay for meetings which shall be set by the City and the F.O.P. <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />BULI~ET3N BOARD SPACE <br />Section 13.1. The Employer agrees to provide exclusive bulletin <br />board space in the Police Department for use by the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.2. All F.O.P. notices of any kind posted on the <br />bulletin board shall be -signed, dated, posted or removed by a <br />F.O.P. official. <br />Page 13 of 43 <br />
