Ordinance 2000-14 <br />3. Each full-time employee of the Municipality shall be entitled to longevity pay increases in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />For not Longevity <br />Less Than but Less Than Payment <br />5 years 6 years $750.00 <br />6 years 7 years $800.00 <br />7 years 8 years $850.00 <br />8 years 9 years $900.00 <br />9 years 10 years $950.00 <br />10 years 11 years $1,000.00 <br />11 years 12 years $1,050.00 <br />12 years 13 years $1,100.00 <br />13 years 14 years $1,150.00 <br />14 years 15 years $1,200.00 <br />15 years 16 years $1,250.00 <br />16 years 17 years $1,300.00 <br />17 years 18 years $1,350.00 <br />18 years 19 years $1,400.00 <br />19 years 20 years $1,450.00 <br />For 20 years or more $1,500.00 <br />4. All full-time employees of the Municipality as of the date of passage hereof shall retain, for <br />the purpose of computing their longevity pay, the years of service credited to their <br />employment with the Municipality, as currently appears on the personnel and payroll <br />records of the Village. <br />E. Vacation Schedule <br />1. An employee hired prior to July 1 in any year shall for the purpose of computing vacation <br />only be considered to be in his second year of employment on January 1st of the year <br />following his year of employment. <br />2.
