URSG shall be responsible for coordinating the cultural resources consultants activities. An environmental assessment shall be adequate for processing the project through the Preliminary Development Phase. Prepazation of an environmental impact statement ~is considered outside the Scope of Services. URSG shall be responsible for providing handouts and displays for the public involvement meeting and the public hearing, if required. Mayfield shall be responsible for publishing public notices announcing the meeting, providing a recorder to take citizen comments, securing a location to hold the public meeting, and preparing a transcript of public comments. URSG will provide technical assistance to Mayfield in organizing the meeting. One build alternative and the no-build alternative shall be evaluated in the environmental assessment. The project azea is located within the habitat range for the federally endangered Indiana bat. Required investigations shall be included in the ecological survey report to be prepazed by URSG. Mayfield Village shall provide a current list of property owners and addresses as well as current plat maps showing property boundaries along the alignment. URSG shall assist Mayfield Village in notifying landowners about the project and securing access permission as may be required to complete environmental studies. URSG shall provide a list of property owners to its cultural resources subconsultant. SCOPE OF SERVICES The primary tasks to be completed by URSG shall consist o£ Completing a Stage I Study Area Inventory to identify controls which may impact the project alignment. Preparing Stage II documentation including a ecological report, hazardous materials screening report, and possibly a Phase I environmental site assessment for up to 3 sites, cultural resource evaluation, and the environmental assessment of feasible alternatives (EAFA).
