chance these evaluations aze required, URSG is prepared to provide these Additional Services subject to <br />approval of Mayfield Village. <br />UR5G will assemble or prepaze preliminary engineering, traffic (require both existing and future build and <br />no-build ADT, peak hour AM and PM directional traffic, % trucks, and major crossroads traffic along the <br />mainline and major intersections for use in prepazation the noise analysis), and aerials for the project area. <br />URSG shall be responsible for preparing graphics for inclusion in the environmental assessment and <br />preparing a study azea graphic to be used to identify controls which may impact the project. <br />Cultural resources aze proposed to be completed by ASC Group Archaeological Services, a subconsultant to <br />URSG. URSG shall incorporate the findings of the subconsultant into the environmental assessment of <br />feasible alternatives and the environmental assessment. URSG shall be responsible for coordinating the <br />cultural resources consultants activities. <br />An environmental assessment shall be adequate for processing the project through the Preliminary <br />Development Phase. Prepazation of an environmental impact statement ~is considered outside the Scope of <br />Services. <br />URSG shall be responsible for providing handouts and displays for the public involvement meeting and the <br />public hearing, if required. Mayfield shall be responsible for publishing public notices announcing the <br />meeting, providing a recorder to take citizen comments, securing a location to hold the public meeting, and <br />preparing a transcript of public comments. URSG will provide technical assistance to Mayfield in organizing <br />the meeting. <br />One build alternative and the no-build alternative shall be evaluated in the environmental assessment. <br />The project azea is located within the habitat range for the federally endangered Indiana bat. Required <br />investigations shall be included in the ecological survey report to be prepazed by URSG. <br />Mayfield Village shall provide a current list of property owners and addresses as well as current plat maps <br />showing property boundaries along the alignment. URSG shall assist Mayfield Village in notifying <br />landowners about the project and securing access permission as may be required to complete environmental <br />studies. URSG shall provide a list of property owners to its cultural resources subconsultant. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The primary tasks to be completed by URSG shall consist o£ <br />Completing a Stage I Study Area Inventory to identify controls which may impact the project <br />alignment. <br />Preparing Stage II documentation including a ecological report, hazardous materials screening report, <br />and possibly a Phase I environmental site assessment for up to 3 sites, cultural resource evaluation, <br />and the environmental assessment of feasible alternatives (EAFA).
