Collective Bargaining Agreement betweei: <br />Mayfield Pillage and the I.A.F.F. Loca126i9 <br />ARTICLE 39 <br />NEGOTIATION PROCEIDiTRE <br />Sectaon 39.fl. The parties shall meet at a place and tune mutually convenient as soon as practically <br />possible after receipt of such notice in order to begin negotiations in good faith for a successor <br />agreement, pursuant to the following guidelines: <br />A. Location of meetings <br />Meetings will be held on the premises of the Employer. <br />B. Dates and times of meetings <br />Sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement on an as needed basis and will last for <br />no more than three (3) hours in duration. If further meeting time is required following <br />adjournment, nothing herein shall limit the parties from mutually consenting to <br />schedule a limited agenda meeting immediately following the regularly scheduled <br />meeting. <br />C. Bargaining committee make-up <br />The union team will consist of no more than three (3) participants. Union team <br />members shall not suffer the loss of their straight time regular rate of pay for attendance <br />with the employer's team in any negotiation session. <br />Either party may have up to one (1) additional individual appear at a session for the <br />purpose of providing information that may aid the parties in their negotiations. Said <br />additional person will be permitted to attend on a limited basis. <br />D, Chief Negotiator <br />There shall be only one (1) spokesperson (the Chief Negotiator) for each party, except <br />that he may on occasion request one of his team members to address a specific issue or <br />topic. <br />E. Written proposals and material <br />All written proposals or materials shall be submitted in sufficient quantity to provide <br />copies for each member of the other party's bargaining team. <br />30 <br />
