A <br />"board-level refresh" is defined as any Field Replaceable Unit ("FRU") for the products listed below: <br />• GTR 8000 Base Stations <br />• GCP 8000 Site Controllers <br />• GCM 8000 Comparators <br />• MCC 7500 Console Operator Positions <br />• STR 3000 Base Stations <br />• Quantar Base Stations <br />• ASTROTAC Comparators <br />• PSC 9600 Site Controllers <br />• PBX Switches for Telephone Interconnect <br />• NFM/NFM XC/MOSCAD RTU <br />1.6 The parties agree that this agreement only covers those items expressly stated above. There is no coverage <br />on any additional software or hardware products unless specifically described in this agreement. Motorola <br />may, at its sole discretion, choose to include coverage for other items. Refer to section 2.0 for exclusions <br />and limitations. <br />1.7 Motorola will provide implementation services necessary to install the system software and hardware <br />updates. Any implementation services that are not directly required to support the network updates are <br />not included. Unless otherwise stated, implementation services necessary for system expansions, platform <br />migrations, and/or new features or functionality that are implemented concurrent with the system refresh <br />are not included. <br />1.8 Motorola agrees to provide the necessary software design and technical resources necessary to complete <br />the network updates. <br />1.9 The pricing in this agreement is based on the system configuration outlined in the System Pricing <br />Configuration. This configuration is to be reviewed annually from the contract effective date. Any change <br />in system configuration may require a price adjustment to this agreement. <br />1.10 This agreement applies only to system release versions within the ASTRO 25 7.x platform. <br />1.11 Motorola will issue Software Maintenance Agreement ("SMA") bulletins on an annual basis and post them <br />in soft copy on a designated extranet site for Customer access. Standard and optional features for a given <br />ASTRO 25 system release are listed in the SMA bulletin. <br />1.12 Coverage Continuity. The parties agree that this agreement requires continuous coverage beginning within <br />(90) days after system acceptance. Beyond (90) days from system acceptance or if payments are <br />discontinued, additional payment(s) will be necessary to cover the period for which coverage was <br />discontinued or delayed. The total of payments for lapses in coverage will not exceed 3 years. <br />1.13 Motorola responsibilities <br />1.13.1 Identify and communicate with Customer the scope of the network updates as they become <br />available. <br />1.13.2 Work with Customer to schedule applicable network updates. <br />1.13.3 Assign program management support required to perform network updates as necessary. <br />1.13.4 Assign field installation resources required to perform network updates as necessary. <br />1.13.5 Assign centralized engineering resources required to perform network updates as necessary. <br />1.13.6 Install network updates. <br />Error!
