,f~ ~,~ n~oroROC,a <br />Essential Plus Services <br />1.13.7 Deliver impact and change management training as necessary. <br />1.13.8 Perform appropriate system backups. <br />1.13.9 Work with the Customer to validate that all system maintenance is current. <br />1.13.10 Deliver post update implementation training to the customer as needed. <br />1.13.11 Validate all system update deliverables are complete. <br />1.13.12 Obtain completion sign off from the customer. <br />1.14 Customer responsibilities <br />1.14.1 Contact Motorola to schedule and engage the appropriate Motorola resources. <br />1.14.2 Customer will allow the permanent installation of a server which will be connected to Motorola <br />and will be used for system auditing, software uploads, and software update installation. <br />1.14.3 Assist in site walks of the system during the system audit when necessary. <br />1.14.4 Provide a list of any FRUs and/or spare hardware to be included in the network updates when <br />applicable. <br />1.14.5 Purchase any additional software and hardware necessary to implement optional system <br />features or system expansions. <br />1.14.6 Provide or purchase labor to implement optional system features or system expansions. <br />1.14.7 Participate in impact and change management training as necessary. <br />1.14.8 Inform system users of system update and scheduled system downtime if necessary. <br />1.14.9 Cooperate with Motorola to provide post update implementation training as needed. <br />1.14.10 Provide Motorola with completion sign off. <br />1.0 Exclusions and Limitations <br />The parties agree that Systems that have non-standard configurations that have not been certified by Motorola <br />Systems Integration Testing are specifically excluded from this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing by <br />Motorola and included in this SOW. <br />1.1 This agreement does not cover any hardware or software supplied to the Customer <br />when purchased directly from a third party, unless specifically included in this SOW. <br />1.2 This agreement does not cover software support for unauthorized modifications or <br />other misuse of the covered software. <br />1.3 Updates for equipment add-ons or expansions during the term of this ASTRO 25 <br />agreement are not included in the coverage of this SOW unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Motorola <br />and Customer. <br />2.0 Special provisions <br />The coverage and the parties' responsibilities described in this Statement of Work will automatically terminate if <br />Motorola no longer supports the ASTRO 25 7.x software version in the Customer's system or discontinues this <br />agreement; in either case, Motorola will refund to Customer any prepaid fees for services applicable to the <br />terminated period. <br />3.0 High-Speed Connectivity Specifications <br />4.1 The minimum supported link between the core and the zone is a full T1 <br />4.2 Any link must realize or a sustained transfer rate of 175 kBps / 1.4 Mbps or better, bidirectional <br />Error!
