Mr. Miller showed Council a rendering of the Development. <br />There is to be a road running north from Ridgebury Boulevard toward, but <br />not connecting with VJ'ilson Mills Road to a point west of the junction of <br />Miner Road and Wilson Mills Road, and east of the Junction of Vlilson Mills <br />and Lander Road. There are to be approximately fifty five (55) homes <br />built in the Development on lots of seventy five (75) and eighty (80) feet <br />of frontage. Provision has been made for drainage of the area utilizing <br />a natural drainage area in the center of the Development, and a natural <br />drainage ditch on the north end of the Development, vahich ditch continues <br />through the property of Mr. Dawson on Wilson Mills Road® <br />Mr. Edelman, Solicitor, stated that Ordinance No. 408 provides <br />that .a single dwelling house may be erected on any lot shown on any <br />allotment plat vahich has been submitted to Council prior to the date of <br />the Ordinance, which is September 15, 1952, if such lot contains an area <br />of not less than 15,000 square feet and has a frontage of not less than <br />75 feet; otherv~ise a frontage of not less than 100 feet and an area of <br />not less than 20,000 square feet is required, the issue thus being whether <br />or not the plat in this case was submitted to Council on or before the <br />target date even though the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the <br />plat on TJlay 15, 1950. <br />Mr. Oatess presented the question of the sanitary problem <br />which would be .engendered by such Development, since there is no provision <br />for a sanitary sewer in the Development which has been proposed, such a <br />large concentration of septic tanks being of questionable advisability. <br />Mr. H. G. rJti.ll.er stated that the proposed storm sewer cannot <br />be converted to a sanitary sewer in any event. <br />The proposed changes by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />a.s to the proposed Development were concerned with changes in the placement <br />of rpadways so as to be in harmony with the over-all master plan of the <br />community. <br />Mr. ~~.ller stated that the Development wa,s to proceed from <br />Ridgebury Boulevard. <br />A tentative revised plan tivhich incorporates the changes <br />proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission is to be submitted to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting in the Village,Ha11 on <br />February 23, 1951, a.t 8:00 P.. M. <br />X Mayor Hodgson then requested the report of the Trustees of <br />the Mayfield .Union Cemetery. Mr. Taylor, Trustee of the I~Tayfield Union <br />Cemetery reported that Larry Bricheckeck ha,d been appointed Sexton of the <br />Cemetery. <br />Mr. b'Uhiting, Chairman_of the Safety and Sexvice Committee, <br />reported that the Committee decided that it would be advisable to have <br />forms printed for the Police Department of the Village of Mayfield for <br />accident reports to the State of Ohio. The Committee also recommended that <br />one half (1~2) of the cost of police uniforms for the Police Department <br />of the Village of Mayfield be assumed by the Village of Mayfield. <br />3. <br />
