-1~° <br />(1) The approval by the Village Engineer of the plat; <br />(2) The posting of an adequate bond to insure the faithful <br />performance of the installation of all improvements. <br />It was moved by Mr. ti'Vhiting and seconded by Mr. Endress that Council <br />reject the plat of the Associated Land and Tnvestment Corporations Ridgebury <br />Boulevard Developments being a part of Original Tothrnship Lot No. 20, Tract 29 <br />on the following grounds: <br />(1) The procedure requ~.red to be followed by Ordinance No. ~~ <br />was not followed; <br />(2) The drav~.ng submitted to Council does not comply with the <br />requirements of Ordinance No. 25~'; <br />(3) The plat was not approved by the Village Engineer; <br />(!~) Inadequate provision is made on the plat which has been <br />offered for <br />(a) surface drainage ' <br />(b) sanitary drainage <br />(c) roads and sidewalks _ <br />(d) a water supply; <br />(5) Inadequate provisions have been made in regard to the dedication <br />of the streets with5_n the development; <br />(6) Informal handwritten notations or markings have been made on the <br />drawing after completion by approval of the drawir_g by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Mayfield, and <br />after completion by the Engineer of the Associated Land and <br />Investment Corporation; <br />(7) Further objections previously e~lained during the meetings at <br />which Resolution No. 215 was read. <br />IvZr. Taylor asked if the action~on this motion would prejudice the <br />re-submission of another plat by -the Associated Land and Investment Corporation. <br />Mayor Hodgson stated that it would not so prejudice the re-submission of <br />a proper plat. <br />TIIr. Miller stated that he was willing to comply with the provisions of <br />the Ordinances of -tree Village of Mayfield. <br />Mayor Hodgson suggested that Mr. Miller of the Associated Land and <br />Investment Corporation confer with~Council as to meeting the requirements. <br />Mr. Swanson asked whether I~ir. Miller has had a chance to examine the <br />applicable Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield. <br />Mr. Miller stated that he has so examined the applicable Ordinances <br />of the Village of Mayfield. <br />Mayor Hodgson asked for action of Council on the Motion by Mr. 1Vhiting <br />and Mr. Endress. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - I1lessrs. Swanson, Endress, Taylor, ~'~hiting' <br />& Beard. <br />Naye - None <br />Motion Carried. <br />
