Swanson, that the' <br />preliminary plat of the Robley Lane Development be approved. <br />Rol]. Ca11: Ayes -Messrs Swanson, Strater, Taylor, Beard ~ Oatess <br />_ Nays - done. <br />Motion carried <br />The Clerk was then asked to write a letter stating that the <br />preliminary plat .. of the Robley Lane Development had been approved by record <br />vote of Co~mcil. _ <br />Mr. Swanson then presented to Council two deeds, one from Tyr. <br />Taylor and two from T'Irs. Reid of a 10 foot strip along Beech Hill Road to be <br />used by the Village for the purpose of widening Beech ~i.ll Road. M.r. Sorenson <br />then introduced Resolution No. 287 entitled: "A. Resolution Accepting Warranty <br />Deeds for Property Along Beech Hil.]. Road from Virginia M. Taylor, And Elizabeth <br />Berm Reid.for Street Widening Purposes", which Rssolution.t~as read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Strater, seconded by Mr. Beard, that the rules <br />of l.aw requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be <br />suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - T'Tessrs Suranson,Strater,Taylor,Beard and Oatess. <br />. After dete~~ ni ng that the rates Caere the same, Mr. Strater, seconded <br />by Mr. Taylor, introduced Ordinance No. 510 entitled, "An Ordinance to Enter <br />into a Contract with the City of University Heights for Radio Broadcasting <br />Service for Two Years Commencing June 1, 1955", which Ordinance was read to <br />Council. .. <br />4. <br />
