to the Police Department setting f orth the policy to be adopted on receiving <br />complaints of the parking of sma11 camp trailers. The Committee then <br />recommended that Council take steps to place a street light at the intersection <br />of Wilson M i11s and Joyce Road, <br />There was some discussion on other needs for street lights and Council <br />asked tht Clerk to contact the Illuminating Company and have them go over the <br />situation with NIr, Zorn. Mr. Mason then discussed the fruit stand problem <br />with Council and Mr. Grootegoed said that we were going to have an ordinance <br />prohibiting this sort of thing, <br />Mayor Endress then said that he would leave it to the'Finance and <br />Safety and Service Committee to survey the street light situation and report <br />for the next meeting. <br />Mro [4edler reported that the regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning <br />Commission was postponed due to several of the members being out of Town and <br />would now be held on Thursday and that the Wiesberg trial was coming up on <br />the 31st of October, <br />Mayor Endress then reported that a meetinb had been held last Thursday <br />with Council and the Regional Planning Commission pertaining to an interim plan <br />which Council had agreed to and also for an opinion on the troubled spots on <br />SOM Road which had been bothering Council. M r. Henry said that th.e Regional <br />Planning Commission could consider these parcels favorably without hurting the <br />overall plan. Mr. Edelman then suggested that he prepare a resolution f or , <br />the comprehensive plansa Mr. Edelman then explained this resoluti.on to <br />Council and after some discus.sion read the resolut_ion to,Cou,ncil:,, <br />Mr. Wedler, seconded by Mrs. Srown, then introduced Resolution 1Voe 514, <br />entitled: "A Resolution Committing Funds for a Comprehensive Pl,anning Program <br />as required by the State of Ohio, Department of Industrial and Economic Development", which resolution was read to Council. Tt was moved by Nlro Zorn, seconded by A4rs_. Brown, that the,.rules of. law <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.,. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn,iaedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Nlotion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Tir. Gro.otegoed, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Resolution <br />No. 514, be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Ca11; Ayes - Messrs Zorn,Wedler,Bennett,Brown,Grootegoed & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. . , <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />2.
