Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Mr. Bennett then reported that we must have a building to store salt <br />and would like to save the two car garage out back and move it f or this purpose; <br />that they have a man in the Village who would move the building at no cost,and <br />we will only have to put in the foundation. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced a Resolution that we <br />move the building and pay the cost of putting it into shape from the Road Funds. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Bennett, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Niessrs Shaw, Bennett,Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />= It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the Resolution <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Ro11.Ca11: Ayes - rlessrs Shaw, Bennett,Walker,r4ason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Notion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />NIr: Bennett said that the Committee would lilce to tiave the Fire <br />Department burn the Red Barn.on our property; that it was empty and could be <br />burned at any time. Mr._Shaw, seconded by Mr. Sloatt, then introduced a <br />resolution that;we burn the Red Barn. It was moved by Mr. NTason, seconded by <br />Mr. Shaia, that the rules of law requiring a,resolution to be read on three <br />separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,Tnlalker,riason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the Resolution <br />be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shata,Bennett,Wallcer,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Niotion carried <br />P.esolution Passed <br />Mr. Bennett then reported that they were starting to paint the Fire <br />Department Building, that they had the paint and were moving right along and <br />that the time involved was due to so much scraping and brushing. <br />Mr. Bennett then reported that he had received three bids f or the <br />Service Building, one from the Hofstetter Constructzon Company for $19,425.00 <br />and $690.00 additional for enamel, one from the Broolcpark Building, Inc. <br />for $19,768.00 and $517.00 for enamel, and -the third from the McGinty Building 2.
