Mr. Peterson said that he was <br />giving Mr. Wieland the plans tonight, <br />Mr. Sloan th.en spoke of Mr. Neroni making his plant big enough to <br />take care of the Platsner property and Metro Park. The question then came up <br />as to how this was to be paid for. A1r. Sloan said we should be thinkittg of <br />this and make some arrangements to assess rietro Paric for their part. Mr. <br />Edelman said that he would meet with these men on the legal aspects of this <br />matter. <br />Mr. Sloan, reporting for the Architectural Board, said that they had <br />approved plans for.seven homes in.ICenwood Gardens. <br />Mr. Bennett, reporting for the Building Committee, said that there <br />was nothing much; that tne I3uildin.g was moving right along and they hoped to <br />bring the:steel out at the end of the week. The shed was moved.and the other <br />one taken care of and the Fire Sta.tion painting was going right along. <br />Mr. Bennett said that the Building was too high at the front, so it <br />will be lowered and the back raised with blocks. Mr. Bennett then spolce of <br />a check he had received f rom the Community Club. The Clerk then read a letter <br />from the Community Club in which they donated $100.00 towards the purchase of <br />a waxer-polisher-scrubber f or the Town Hall. Mrs. Shaw, the Secretary, then <br />clarified some of the things the Community Club was doing and gave a list <br />of the various orgaaizations they had helped. <br />bir. Wielar_d reported that he had made arrarcgements for a location <br />f or.a bus stop near the Town Hall. Mr. Bennett said that they were out to <br />install the shel.ter, but left, as they did not know cohere the gas_and water <br />lines for the Service Building were to be and it might be in the way. <br />Mr. Belzer, reporting for the Safety and Service Committee, said that <br />they had met on May 3, 1965; ,that Mr. Porter had asiced for a Pressure Gauge to <br />check and regulate pressure hoses at a cost of approxi.mately $75.00.
