Mason then reported that the Finance Committee had f ound the Pay Ordinance to be in order and recommended that it be passed. It was moved by NIr. [Jalker, seconded by Mr. rlason, that Pay Ordinance No. 501-P be approved and passed as read. _ Roll Call: Ayes - Nlessrs Bennett,Walker, A4ason,Sloan & Belzer. Nays - rlone. Nlayor Endress then aslced for.an informal resolution asking the Grange to remove the photographs with the exception of Washington and Lincoln from the walls of the Town Hall. Mr, Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced a Resolution requesting the Grange to remove all photographs with the exception of Washington and Li.ncoln portraits from the walls of the Town Iiall, which resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mre Mason, seconded by Mr. Sloan, that the rules of 1aw requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Bennett, Walker, Mason, Sloan & 13elzer. Nays - None. PSotion carried . Rules Suspended It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mre Mason, that the Resolution be approved and passed as read. Motion carried Resolution Passed Mayor Endress then reported that.it was necessary to appoant an Assessment Board f.or the Worton Park Paving. Mayor Endress then proposed the names of James P. Law, Donald Winlcle, and Phillip Lazzaro, as three dis- interested freeholders of the Village of Mayf ield, and set June 8, 1965, at 7:30 P. M. as a meeting time. Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Belzer, then introduced Resolution No. 643, entitled: "A Resolution Appointing an Assessment Equalization Board to Hear Objections.Relative to the Improvement of Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South Woodlatte.Drive, Woodlane,DrivE, by Grading, Draining and Paving wi.th Asphaltic Material.s, Togeth.er With all Necessary Appurtenances", which Resolution was read to Council.
