Dlotion carried Resolution Passed Mayor Endress then reported that our coni:ract with Quigley had expired and that two months ago we had quite a time with him and he thought we should advertise the Rubbish Collection for bids. It was then moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by rir. Mason, that we advertise f or bids, the collection of Rubbish and Garbage in the Village of Nlayf'iel'd. ' - Roll Call: Ayes - Messr's B'eiinett, Wallcer, Mason, Sloan & Belzer,. r?ays - None. Motion carried Mayor Endress then appointed Dorothy Iiowes as Town Hall and Court Clerk. It was moved by Mr. Nlason, seconded by Nir. It was moved by Mr. Belzer,'seconded by Mr. Walker,.that the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separat'e occasions be suspended.
