Solicitor, one on Wellman vs. the Village of Mayfield, that a hearing <br />on the Motion to Certify the Record in the Supreme Court of Ohio in Columbus <br />would be held December 14, 1965, .the other that Mr. Scheer's Appeal f rom the <br />Assessment had been dismissed until final settlement. Mr. Edelman said also <br />that the Maynard suit was still pending. <br />4.
