Nlr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Shaw, <br />then moved that we,spend $120.00 f or gutters and downspouts on:the Service <br />Garage. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />. , Nays - None, . , . _ . . ,, <br />• ' Motion carr-ied <br />Mayor Bennett then aslced Council for $500,00 f or remodeling and equipping <br />the Mayor's and Clerk-Treasurer's off ices,` this money to come-from the Service <br />Building and Village Hall. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by rlr. Davis, then introduced Ordinance No. 928, <br />entitled: "An Ordinance to Repair and Equip the Offices of the Mayor.and the <br />Clerk-Treasurer", which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaiv, seconded by Mr. Wall;er, that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call; Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Glalker, Mason, Sloan and Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />M otion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Dlason, that Ordinance No. 928 <br />be approved and passed as read, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />IKr. Edelman then reported that the Supreme Court of Ohio ref used to <br />review the High Rise suit, which in effect upheld the Council of the Village <br />of tlayfield. <br />7.
