Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring <br />an ordinance be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Walker, moved that Ordinance #958 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, TJalker, Nlason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Bennett recommended that Ordinance #961 be held up until Mr. Bardou <br />and Mr. Morgan were questioned and are completely satisfied with the work promised <br />adjoining their property by the developers. The matter was then'turned over to <br />Mr. Walker. <br />Mr. Fludine stated that the total cost to Mayfield Village f or bonds <br />will be $33,500.00. A one-year note will be given to Central National Bank <br />with a 3.25% loan. The normal percentage is 3.4 <br />1 <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Davis, introduced Resolution #675 entitled, <br />"An Emergency Resolution Requesting the Fiscal Officer to Certify to Council <br />His Conclusions as to the Estimated Life of the Improvements Proposed to be <br />Constructed from the Proceeds of Bonds Proposed to be Executed and also to <br />Certify the Maximum Maturity of Such Bonds in Accorda,nce With Revised Code <br />Section 113.21 and the Maximum Maturity of the Note Issued in Anticipation of <br />Such Bonds" which was read to Council. <br />Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Busa, moved that the rules of law requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, moved that Resolution #675 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Busa, Walker, Mason, Sloan & Davis. <br />Nays - None. . <br />Motion carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Mason, introduced Ordinance #962 entitled: . <br />"An Ordinance to Provide for the Issue of a Note in Anticipation of the Levy of <br />Special Assessments and in Anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds in Anticipation <br />of the Collection of Special Assessments for the Improvement of Lander Road", <br />which was read to Council. <br />4.
