Mre Belzer said that they had decided to get all the Truck Owners <br />together and see if they could come up with something, Mr. Belzer-said that <br />there was apparently a paragraph of the Ordinance:that was not'understood. Mr. Belzer said that he had looked at the <br />house and was i.n f avor of its being moved up one or two lots. Mr. Belzer said that <br />it would have to have a.gaxage added and thi.s should be put on bef ore-occupancy, <br />Mayor Endress said that Mr. Dumont did not feel that it qualif ied for a desirable <br />home and said that the blocks were cracked; that aluminum siding wonld not protect <br />the house from moistures that the Architectural Board had turned it down, <br />- Mro Edelman said that if a Building Permit was refused that it went to <br />the Board of Zoning Appeals, Mra Edelman then suggested writing a letter to <br />the Architectural Board and tell them of these conditions and s2e if they would <br />not approve.
