<br />Mr. Wedler then took up the.request of Mr. Charles Koerber of Elsena
<br />Acres to build two model homes on sublots Nos. 15 and 16, f or show purposes
<br />only and assuring the Village that the road would be completed before the homes
<br />were finished. Mr. Wedler then read the following request to Couacil £rom the
<br />2oning and Planning Commission: "A Request was received from,.Kenwood Builders,
<br />Inco to construct.two model homes on Sublots Nos. 15 and-16, of. Elsena Acres
<br />Subdivisiono The Plarining and Zoning Coamission.reviewed this request_at .the
<br />regulas meeting, on May 14, 1962, and approved the construction of these'model
<br />homes. It is understood that these two homes are not to'be sold until such time
<br />as all improvements, incYading the paving, are completed,"_ The Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission therefore recommends to Council that this request be grantede
<br />Mr. Zorn, seconded by Mr. Sloan, then introduced Resolution No. 537,
<br />entitled: "A Resolution Approving the Construction of Two Model Homes on Walnut
<br />Drive, on condition that they be not sold bef ore the filing of the firial plan and
<br />the constrnetion of Temporary Paeement", which resolution was'read to Council.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law
<br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspendedo

<br />Mr. Mason, reporting for the Architectural Board,,said that they had met
<br />and approved plans for one home, otae tool shed, one.garage and sejected plans
<br />for one home.
<br />Mro Belzer, reporting for the Safety and Seryice CommitteeD said that
<br />they had no meeting due to the fact that it was election night and no part of
<br />the Town Hall was.available. Mr. Belzer said, however, that Chief Porter was
<br />asking f or more hose that would run around $700.00. Mr. Porter also wished to
<br />purchase alarms for the Scott.Air Packs. Mr..Porter said.that he had secured
<br />two bids for hose.
<br />Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Wedler, then introduced a,resolutiori that,'the
<br />F'ire Department be authorized to purchase 400 feet of 2 inchliose at $1.63 per
<br />f oot, and f our Air-Packs,, . It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Bennett, that the rules of
<br />1aw.requiring a resolutiora to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
