At this meeting plans f or <br />the develogment of land between SOM Center Road and the Freeway and North of <br />Wilson Mi;].ls Road to Mt. Sinai, Cemetery were discussed raith Drost and Drost, <br />developers, The proposed Fence Ordinance was then submitted to Council with <br />changes. The Committee also met inf ormally with representatives from the Wilson <br />Mi11s area with regard to our -interim plan, Permission was asked to subdivide <br />the property of Mr. Gordon Rogers on Glenview Roads together with the Petitions <br />f rom adjoining.lot owners. The Commission asked f or two different methods of <br />division,to be presented for study before further action. Mayor Endress then <br />asked that the Plannittg and Zoning Minutes be changed to read in the first part <br />"To Highland Road" e instead of 0Mount Sitaai Cemeter1r," _ <br />Mr. Edelman then xead the so-called Fence Ordinance to Council. Mr. <br />Edelman said that this was an amendment to the Zoaing Ordinance. Mr. Belzers <br />seconded by Mr. Bennett, then introduced Ordinance Noo 773, entitlede "An <br />Ordinance to Amend Ordinance Noa 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of <br />Mayf ield, by Adding Section 19.1 Pertaining to Fenees in Residential Districts"a <br />which Ordinance was read to Council. <br />Mr, Edelman saidthat he would place a notice of the hearing on the <br />proposed.amendment fn the newspapers. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded bg* Mr. Bennettfl that a Public <br />Hearing on the Amendment be set for Monday, September,l'Ta 1962,, at 7:30 P. M. <br />at the Town Hall, , <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Ben.nett, riason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - Noneo . <br />Motion carried <br />The Finance Conmitteea having approved the Pay Ordinance, it was moved <br />by Mr. ZornD seconded by Mr. Belzero that Pay Ordinance No, 467-P be approved <br />and passed as,read,, . . , <br />t. _ <br />.
