Mr. Sloan then asked about the house on Eastgate Drive that had beea built with the plans reversed and asked if the windows had been put in as ordered' Mayor Endress said that the Architectural Board should go on record as not approving this and give us a letter or something to go on so that:this could be correctedo Mro Sloan remarked that this house was built contrary to the planse Mr. Zorn then asked that a letter be written to the contractor to put in two windows and Couneil would go along with it. Mr. Endress said that if he does not install these windows, he can,be f ined f or violation of the plane Mr. Edelman said that he would write the contractoro Th,ere was„nothing:to report fromithe Welfare Comm.ittee. Mre Wedlera reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commissions read the Minutes of their July 9th, 1962, meeting to Council. At this meeting plans f or the develogment of land between SOM Center Road and the Freeway and North of Wilson Mi;].ls Road to Mt. Sinai, Cemetery were discussed raith Drost and Drost, developers, The proposed Fence Ordinance was then submitted to Council with changes. The Committee also met inf ormally with representatives from the Wilson Mi11s area with regard to our -interim plan, Permission was asked to subdivide the property of Mr. Gordon Rogers on Glenview Roads together with the Petitions f rom adjoining.lot owners. The Commission asked f or two different methods of division,to be presented for study before further action. Mayor Endress then asked that the Plannittg and Zoning Minutes be changed to read in the first part "To Highland Road" e instead of 0Mount Sitaai Cemeter1r," _ Mr. Edelman then xead the so-called Fence Ordinance to Council. Mr. Edelman said that this was an amendment to the Zoaing Ordinance. Mr. Belzers seconded by Mr. Bennett, then introduced Ordinance Noo 773, entitlede "An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance Noa 159, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayf ield, by Adding Section 19.1 Pertaining to Fenees in Residential Districts"a which Ordinance was read to Council. Mr, Edelman saidthat he would place a notice of the hearing on the proposed.amendment fn the newspapers. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded bg* Mr. Bennettfl that a Public Hearing on the Amendment be set for Monday, September,l'Ta 1962,, at 7:30 P. M. at the Town Hall, , Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Zorn, Wedler, Ben.nett, riason, Sloan and Belzer. Nays - Noneo . Motion carried The Finance Conmitteea having approved the Pay Ordinance, it was moved by Mr. ZornD seconded by Mr. Belzero that Pay Ordinance No, 467-P be approved and passed as,read,, . . , t. _ .
