Mro Edelman then reported that he had two checks to cancel installments on water main assessments; - Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Belxera then introduced Resolution Noo 548, entitled; "A Resolution to Cancel the Installments of Water Main Assessments for Certain Years on Parcel No. 831-33-47 on Wilson Mi11s-Road';, which resolution was read to Council. - It was moved by Mro Zorn, seconded by Mrm Belzere that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. . Ededman said that it did not represent 4. a f irm bido Mayor Endress suggested that we reject this bid and re-advertise at the August'meeticag.
