<br />onto the tax duplicate and it would now be necessary tp pass another ,
<br />Resolution to cancel this assessment. ,

<br />entitled: "A Besolution to'Cancel the'Installment of Water Main Assessments
<br />for Certain.Years on Parcel No. 831-16-4 on 30M Ceater Road and to refund
<br />Assessments Erroaeously Paid", whieh_resolution was read to Council. ,
