The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />then referred the matter to Mr. Edelman for interpretation and a decision. <br />Mr. Edelman said that he had just returned from a vacation and had been thinlcing <br />about it, but did not'have-an answer as yet. Mayor Endress then aslced Mro Edelman to come up with an ordinance to <br />prohibit a builder Erom using a marked print-f or building purposes. Mayor <br />Endress said that the builder should get a final draiving in the manner they <br />are to build and get it okayed by the Architect. Mayor Endress wanted any <br />changes by the Board to-be re-drawn. Couneil thought that this was a very <br />good idea. <br />Mayor Endress then read a letter f rom Mr. Edelman, saying that an <br />Equalization Board would have to be appointed for Lander Road, because of the <br />complaints about the proposed sewer. Mr. Endress taen appointed Mr. James <br />Law of 6232 Wilson Mi11s Road, Mr. Richard Damerell of 900 Worton Park Drive <br />and Mr. Donald Winkle of 745 Kenwood Drive to this Board. Mr. Edelman then <br />told Council that some of the residents on Lander were eomplaining because <br />they did not like the estimate of costs for the sewer. Council then set <br />October 9th, 1963, for a metting at the Town Hall at 7:30 P. M. Daylight <br />Savings Time. <br />Mr. Wedler, seconded by Nir. Mason, then introduced Resolution No. 580 <br />etttitled; "A Resolution Appointing an Assessment Equalization Board to hear <br />Objections Relative to the Improvement of Lattder Road by the Construction <br />of a Sanitary Sewer, With Curb Connections Thereior and the Necessary Appur- <br />tenances°", which resolution was read to Council. , <br />It.was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the rules of law <br />reqairing a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None, Motion carried <br />• Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Wedler, that Resolution <br />No.'580 be approved and passed as read. . <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler, Bennett, Mason, Sloan and Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Resolut-iott Passed <br />Mayor Endress then read a letter f rom The Lubrizol Corporation, with- <br />drawing their offer of f ire-fighicing equipment to adjacent municipalities. <br />Mayor Endress then read another letter from rirs. J. Freas of 'Glenview <br />Road, complaining about the disastrous results to their wash resulting fram, <br />flushing hydrants and suggested a warning when this was to be undertaken in <br />the future. • Mayor Endress then read another letter f rom Mayfield Grange #1547, <br /> <br />donating the sum of $200.00 in appreciation of their use of the Village Hall. 3.
