Mr. Belzer then reported that the Safety Committee had studied a <br />Cleveland Heights Ordinance on Multiple Dwellings, Motels and Apartments and <br />Hotelso Mr. Edelman said that this ordinance was too complex to go over at the <br />time and would need some study and said that he would like to go over the <br />ordinance with Council and put it into shape. Mr. Wieland said that he would <br />like to be present to go over this with the Solicitor and that he would like <br />the Chairman of the Architectural Board to sit in on this meeting. Mayor <br />Endress then suggested that a date be set at the next meeting of the Safety <br />Committee to go over thise The Safety Committee meets on January 6th, 1964. <br />Mr. Wedler, reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission, said that <br />they had met on December 9th, 1963,;and read the Minutes of their meeting to <br />Council. Mr. Wedler then talked of the Sun Oi1 request and said that this had <br />been denied. <br />Mr. Mason, rep4rting for the Finance Committee, said that they had met <br />on November 26, 1963, and read a report of their meeting to Council, The <br />Committee recommended that a$75,000,00 bond issue be put on the ballot at the <br />Spring Primary. There was,a great deal of discussion in Council on this matter. <br />Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Bennett, then introduced Resolution Noo 586, entitled: <br />"A Resolution Determining to Submit to the Electors of the Village of Mayf ield <br />the Question of Issuing Bonds for the Purpose of Paying the Village's Portion <br />of the Cost of Improving the Water System of the Village by Constructing Water <br />Mains Together with the Necessary Appurtenances Thereto", which Resolution was <br />read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of law <br />requ9.ring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Ayes - Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by_Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Resolution No.586 be approved and passed as reado <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Be7.zer. <br />Nays - None. Paying the <br />Village8s Portion of the Cost of Improving the Sanitary Sewerage System of <br />the Village by Constructing Sanitary Sewers Together With the Necessary <br />Appurtenances Thereto", which resolutiott was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr> Wedler, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None.
