Mr. Belzer then reported that the Safety Committee had studied a Cleveland Heights Ordinance on Multiple Dwellings, Motels and Apartments and Hotelso Mr. Edelman said that this ordinance was too complex to go over at the time and would need some study and said that he would like to go over the ordinance with Council and put it into shape. Mr. Wieland said that he would like to be present to go over this with the Solicitor and that he would like the Chairman of the Architectural Board to sit in on this meeting. Mayor Endress then suggested that a date be set at the next meeting of the Safety Committee to go over thise The Safety Committee meets on January 6th, 1964. Mr. Wedler, reporting for the Planning and Zoning Commission, said that they had met on December 9th, 1963,;and read the Minutes of their meeting to Council. Mr. Wedler then talked of the Sun Oi1 request and said that this had been denied. Mr. Mason, rep4rting for the Finance Committee, said that they had met on November 26, 1963, and read a report of their meeting to Council, The Committee recommended that a$75,000,00 bond issue be put on the ballot at the Spring Primary. There was,a great deal of discussion in Council on this matter. Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Bennett, then introduced Resolution Noo 586, entitled: "A Resolution Determining to Submit to the Electors of the Village of Mayf ield the Question of Issuing Bonds for the Purpose of Paying the Village's Portion of the Cost of Improving the Water System of the Village by Constructing Water Mains Together with the Necessary Appurtenances Thereto", which Resolution was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that the rules of law requ9.ring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Ayes - Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. Nays - None. Motion carried Rules Suspended It was moved by_Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Resolution No.586 be approved and passed as reado Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Wedler,Bennett,Shaw,Mason,Sloan & Be7.zer. Paying the Village8s Portion of the Cost of Improving the Sanitary Sewerage System of the Village by Constructing Sanitary Sewers Together With the Necessary Appurtenances Thereto", which resolutiott was read to Council. It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr> Wedler, that the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.
