Wolstein showed Council and the audience a description of <br />the area that was to be rezoned. He said that the frontage on Wilson Mills <br />was about 1300 feet. Mr. Wolstein then asked permission to read a clipping <br />from the paper entitled, "God's Own Junlc Yard",, which,he claimed applied to <br />this rezoning and said that their intentions were to start building at the <br />end of the year or the beginning of the following year, that their buildittgs <br />would be early American and,that these were the cheapest structures to build. <br />When asked about sewage, he said that he had permission to g:o into the Hilltop <br />Sewer, but did not know at present just how much they were allowed to dump <br />into this sewer. <br />• Mayor Endress then appointed Mr. Charl?es Thomas Madger of 859 BePCh <br />Hill Dr2ve as an Auxiliary Paliceman. The Police now have seven Auxiliary <br />police and this appointment will make eight. Appointments Confirmed <br />Mayor Endress then said that he presumed that everyone had seen the <br />notice that Redifer Bus Company had been sold to the C.T.S. and said that ' <br />he had a letter from the Redifer People abandoning the route they had in <br />our village. Mayor Endress then read this letter to Council. rlayor Endress <br />said that he had a letter from Zyndhurst suggesting that the Niunicipalities <br />get tpgether with Mr. Hyde and others with our plans for transportation and <br />see what they would cio f or us. Mayor Endress then reported on the request f or two liquor licenses on <br />SOM Center Road and said that he and Mr. Blackman and Charles Myers were going <br />to Columbus f or this meeting together with Mr. Bootli from the School Board. <br />Mayor Endress said that they were going to protest vigorously against these <br />requests. <br />Mr. Edelman then reported that he had a check to pay water assessments <br />f or some property on SOM Road. Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Mason, then <br />introduced Resolution No. 600 entitled: "A Resolution to Cancel the ldater <br />Main Assessments for the Tax Year 1964 on.Permanent Parcel.No, 831-24-8 on <br />SOM Center Road", which resolution was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by.
