Mr. Belzer <br />said that they were making a traffic survey of the-SOM Wilson Mills corner to <br />see if a change in the left hand turning onto SOM lane should be left f or that <br />purpose only and the other lane made a straight through lane. Mr. Belzer then <br />read the balance of the minutes to Councilm <br />Mr. Mason, reporting for the Zoning and Planning Commission, said that <br />they had held a meeting on March 9, 1964, first as a Board of Zotting Appeals <br />and later as the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Mason then read the <br />Minutes of these two meetings to Council. <br />Mr. Shaw, reporting f or the Finance Committee, gave a rundown on the <br />matters handled by his committee. Mr. Shaw then said that the Finance Committee <br />had reviewed the bills for the month and recommended that the pay ordinance be <br />passed. Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, then introduced Pay Ordittance No. <br />487-P, which ordinance was read to Council, • <br />It was moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Pay Ordinance No. <br />487-P be approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. There,was nothing <br />to report f rom.the Cemetery Committee. <br />The Clerk then presented the budget to Council for the year 1964. After <br />the reading of this budget.there was some discussion in Council. Mr. Shaw, <br />seconded by Mr. Masori, then introduced Ordinance Noo 839, entitled; '' An <br />Ordinance to Make Appropriations f or Current and Other Expenses of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, f or the Year 1964", which ordinance was read to Council. <br />It was moved by Mr. Sloan, seconded by Mr. Belzer, that the rules of law <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions be suspended, <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw, Bennett,Walker, Mason, Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None.
