Belzer, reporting for the Saf ety and Service Committee, said that <br />Chief Porter had reported that the Fire Department was going to sponsor a <br />Mills Brothers Circus for one day, the site for this performance to be either <br />at Eastgate or across the road from Highland Road on SOM Road. So far, we have had no answer f rom the Siate that we could make this <br />a condition of our consent; that they wished to construct three buildings f or <br />salt, slag, etc. , <br />2.
