Mre Shaw, reporting f or the Finance Committee, said that they had <br />approved the Pay Ordinance and recommended that it be passed. It was then <br />moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that Pay Ordinance No. 490-P be <br />approved and passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzet: <br />Nays - None. <br />:Motion carried <br />Pay Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Shaw then reported that the Committee had reviewed a bill for <br />comprehensive insurance on our fleet of autos and recommended that it be paid. <br />It was then moved by Mr. Shaw, seconded by Mr. Mason, that the_bill for <br />Comprehensive Insurance covering our automobiles be approved. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion carried <br />There were no complaints on rubbish pickup this monthe <br />Mr. Wieland then reported that there had not been enough rain to tell <br />much about the Sewer on Metro Park Drive, that he hoped everything would be <br />all right. <br />Mr. Peterson said that he would check with Mr. Bordonaro and see if he <br />could get him at the Wilson Mills sidewa-lks. _ <br />Nir. Edelman reported that the assessments for lighting the main s.treets <br />was much more complicated than it appeared at first and he and he.had to get <br />some outside help on f iguring these assessments; that he was having all <br />assessments figured out and put on file for the sum of $100.00. <br />tiir. Mason, seconded by Mr. Shaw, then introduced Resolution No. 602, <br />entitled: "A Resolution Declaring the Necessity to Improve Certain Designated <br />Streets Within the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio, by Supplying Said Streets With <br />Electric Lighting", which resolutioa was read to Council. , <br />It was moved by Mro Shaw, seconded by r1r. Belzer, that the rules of <br />law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions be suspended. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Shaw,. Bennett, Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br />A4otion carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />It was moved by Mr. Belzer, seconded by Mr. Shaw, that Resolution No. <br />602 be approved and passed as read. . _ <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs Snaw,Bennett,Walker,Mason,Sloan & Belzer. <br />Nays - None. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution Adopted 2.
