He is looking <br />forward to doing it again. <br />Mr. Busa, on belilf of all of .Council, expressed appreciations <br />for the work done by the Committee. <br />Mr. Relic stated that-bids had been opened at Noon on Friday, June. <br />15, 1979 for the rubbish contract and the results were: B.F.I. - $4.00 <br />per home,' Village Disposal - $4.00 per. home and Tri-County Service - <br />$5.25 per `home. He requested Council to consider awarding the contract. <br />Mr:~ Amendola stated that. 'sti'le bid: was based on ~ 1100 _homes.~ . The Mayor.. <br />had .requested that the ordinance covering the contract.include pro- <br />visipns for rubbish pick-up on holidays .(pick-up,would be the following <br />day after thy. holiday) . Charlie .Shiffer' s past .record speaks. for <br />itself and recommended that the contract be awarded to him... <br />Mr. Relic agreed that the excellent,.service provided from Mr. Shiffer <br />for years :past speaks. for itself. <br />
