Also,~it <br />would depend on the extent. of the violation. <br />Mr. Odeal; C.R.S.D®, stated .that. the overflow at the_.Beech.Hill/Bonnieview <br />area is caused by the breaking..of the County -lines and .therefore, not ,L?~e <br />C.R.5.D.'s problem. <br />Mr. Boger asked if the C.R.S.D. understood the cause of the breaks: I t <br />seems the Yiigh,pressure is causing the old°lines to, break. <br />Mr. Christman stated that is why the Havens & Emerson Company was employed. <br />They wanted to know the exact cause.of the breaks. If it is the high <br />pressure pumps, then a steady .pumping action would be considered. It <br />couls be the pressure of the roads on the lines. ° <br />Mayor Beebe questioned when the problem will be resolved. <br />
