~~~ <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Wildwood Trail Concrete - Mr. Avery stated that a meeting scheduled last <br />week had to be postponed and will be rescheduled next week. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned the statement for the testing that was circulated <br />to Council. <br />Mr. Hovancsek clarified that the Village would be paying for the testing <br />at the moment but it is part of the procedure for establishing a case <br />against the faulty party and the Village would be reimbursed. <br />R.T.A. - Mayor Beebe stated that the bus shelters were up. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned the advertisements being placed in~the shelters.in <br />adjacent communities. <br />Mayor Beebe'clarified that the Village agreed to light the shelters to <br />avoid advertisements being placed on the shelters. <br />Street Repair - Mr. Hovancsek reported on the work that started on Hickory <br />Hill. <br />Mr. Boger questioned the,~or~n on Thornapple - Mr. Amendola clarified that it <br />was not finished, a final-coat of asphalt will be applied after all patch <br />work is completed. <br />Metro Park Water Rerouting - Mr. Avery stated that Mr. Hovancsek had given <br />him a report this evening and he would be reporting at the next meeting. <br />Hanover Road - Mr. Avery said a research is being done by the title company <br />and hE is waiting on the report. <br />P alermo Property Status - Check went into escrow today and should close <br />Wednesday or Thursday, Mr. Avery reported. <br />Mr. Bennett questioned the problems that existed in the collection of the <br />rent. Mr. Beatty reported that $1200 .h ad been recie'ved. Mr. every stated <br />that the additional $600 due would be less the expenses incurred for repairs. <br />Mr. Amendola to discuss the situat;_on with Mr. Avery and make an inspection <br />of the property. <br />Arco Property - Mr. Avery waiting on information from titled company and <br />will g-ive a report later. <br />Additional Police - Mr. Bennett stated that it was recommended that monies <br />e budgeted next year. <br />
