Judge Krenzler and Robert Schmidt requested that their property <br />located at 6685 Beta Drive, as is more fully described in the legal <br />description provided by the Village Engineer and incorporated in the <br />minutes, be rezoned from Office-L aboratory and Residential to <br />Production-Distribution and acknowledge that the subject parcel of <br />8 acres consists of 0.79 acres currently zoned Residential and.7.21 <br />acres currently zoned Office-L aboratory. <br />REZONING CHANGE: <br />Mr. Feneli ecplained that Council had two options (1) Do nothing and it <br />would be up to the property owners to get a petition to. have it put <br />on the ballot. (2) Council could pass legislation to place it on the <br />ballot. <br />Mr. Grogan suggested Counc~l.talce the matter, up at the next Caucus. <br />Mr. Busa requested the Law Director to put the options in writing.. <br />RE STREET CHANGE' <br />Mr. Hovancsek:explained that the original plans had not~been recorded <br />thins far and it would only be a mattter of changing the names b'efore'filing. <br />Mr. Feneli to review the matter and have an opinion at the Caucus. <br />Board of Appeals - No Meeting was held. <br />Recreation/MARC - Miss Trask reported that the up-coming Halloween-P arty <br />was the subject of discussion at the last Recreation meeting - MARC <br />had submitted ,invitations to Council for their Art Review night. <br />Heinen's - Mr. Amendola stated that in reply to ther.questions of when <br />the store would be opening, probably late in October. <br />OLD BUSINESS' <br />Equalization Board Report - Mr, Busa read the report submitted by the <br />Board. <br />Resolution.'79-64, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT <br />OF THE ECHO DH.I.VE ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD." Introduced by Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Grogan made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to-be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Ail <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass Resolution 79-64. <br />
