z~v <br />Public Service/Public Utilities - Mr. Flynn stated that their are four <br />proposals on Cable T.V. before his committee and recommended that Council <br />as a Whole schedule a time to hear a presentation from each company. <br />Discussion was held with the first presentation to be made on Tuesday, <br />October 30th at 7:30 P.M. <br />Architectural Review Board - No report given. <br />Cemetery - No Report. <br />Council of Coumcils - No report. <br />Planning & Zoning - Mrs. Hanus read the minutes of the October 8th Meeting. <br />Recreation/MARC - Miss Trask reported that the Hayride was a success and <br />a Halloween Party is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 27th at 5:00 P.M. <br />She extended an invitation for all to attend the MARC Art Show at the <br />Mayfield Heights Community Hall. <br />Heinen's = Mayor Beebe repeated that the projected opening date would be <br />November 7th. He has been invited for the ribbon cutting ceremonies for <br />the bank in the store. <br />Council expressed concern that the bank was not included in the original <br />plans submitted by Heinen's and the Village was not notified until after <br />it was set up. Mr. Bennett questioned if a special permit was needed for <br />this occupancy and Mr. Amendola stated that it did not require a permit. <br />Discussion was held with Mayor Beebe stating that they are hopeful that <br />the security systems will be tied in with the Police Department. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Ordinance 79-51 (regarding cable television). is still in committee until <br />all proposals are considered. <br />Resolution 79-71, entitled: "A RESOLUTION DE'T'ERMINING THAT THE IMPROVE- <br />MENTS TO ECHO DRIVE SHOULD BE MADE."
