~~~ Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-72. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Ordinance 79-73, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ECHO DRIVE, LOCATED WITHIN HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, BY HAVING IT REPAVED AND REDITCHED.'° Introduced by Council as a Whole Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to pass Ordinance 79-73. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Ordinance 79-74, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT TO FRASER PAVING COMPANY AS THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE REPAVING AND RE- DITCHING OF ECHO DRIVE IN HAYFIELD VILLAGE." Introduced by Coratncil as a Whole Mr. Flynn, seoonded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Mr. Bennett questioned what date would be used as the official starting date in regard to the 45 day completion date in the contract. Mr_. Hovancsek said he notified the contractor that the bid was over the 15/ maximum and would get bac]c to him after tonight's meeting. Mr. Busa stated that it is very important that the project get started right away with Mr. Hovancsek stating that he would call the contractor tomorrow with a letter to follow.
