3 ~F~ <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Echo Drive Repaving - Mr. Hovancsek said he was pleased to report that <br />the.final layer of asphalt was done today and the project is~complete <br />accept for driveway connections and seeding. If the weather holds, it <br />will all be done, if not, seeding will be done in the spring. <br />Metro Park Water Course - Mr. Feneli said he would be contacting Mr. <br />.Walter Kelly of the Park Board to bring him up to date on the recent <br />development at the Whitehaven Cemetery. Council would receive a memo.' <br />Mr. Hovancsek reported that if the drawings would be submitted before <br />the P & Z Workshop Meeting of the 29th, he would be able to report at <br />the next meeting of Council. <br />Wildwood Trail Concrete Repair - Mr. Feneli stated that he received a <br />call from Mr. Aveni stating that he would pay one-half the cost. of the <br />testing if Carlini would pay the other half. He has agreed.. An in- <br />dependent testing laboratory will be secured. <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that the cores should .be pulled next week and a <br />written report should be received by the end of December. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned why.th'e residents of Wildwood had a meeting. <br />Mr. Amendola reported that some discussion was held on the concrete <br />problems but the primary concern is the drainage in their rear yards <br />which will be effected by the development of; Aintree North Phase II <br />and III. There was also some discussion on the up-keep of the entrance <br />and weeds .growing in front .of some of the homes and Model homes. <br />Village ordinance states that the owner has six months to complete the <br />landscaping; in the future, all completed homes will have to comply to <br />the ordinance. <br />Whitehaven Cemetery Dirt - Has been removed - Mr. Amendola to express <br />appreciation on Council's behalf. <br />Hickory Hill Paving - Mr. Hovancsek stated. that the paving is complete <br />but he isn't pleased with. the sod work and has asked the contractor to <br />re-do his work. 10/ of .the monies is held for one year. <br />Cable T.V. Committee Report -,Mr. Flynn to schedule a third presenta- <br />tion at Council's next meeting. <br />Mr. Busa stated that hopefully a decision can be made by the regular <br />meeting in December. <br />Racquet Club.Rezoning -,°Mr.. Feneli suggested that Council take some <br />type of action,"whether it be a recommendation _.f or rezoning or declare <br />that Council intends to take no action.-~ The legishation-for this would <br />have to be put on three readings with a public hearing to be held before <br />the third reading. If Council wished, they could defeat the ordinance. <br />Discussion was held with Ordinance 79-80 on the rezoning of the Racquet <br />Club put on First Reading.. <br />over <br />
