- 2- Mrs. John Shirley, suggested that signs be put up only for snow removal. She thought this would help the situation. The Mayor said that tY~re i.s a Snow Removal Parking Ban Ordinance, therefore signs are not required. Mr. Richard Duval, questioned why the residents on Derby Road (which has somewhat of a grade) were allowed to park on both sides and also why the Police Chief made the decision to put up the No Parking Signs? Mayor Leech stated that it was not the decision of the Police Chief , but. that of the Mayor. Mr. Barnett, advised the Council that the homeowners have access to several privileges as those of the apartment residents, such as, plowing of snow, security, and use of the swimming pool. Mrs. Cianciolo, 915 Aintree Park, stated she felt the apartment residents should have been notified by letter advising them of the No Parking Signs. At the conclusion of the discussion, Mayor Leech agreed to meet on March 24th at 8:30 P.M. with representatives of the apartment and the home owners. There being no further comments from the floor, that segment of the meeting concluded. Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 17, 1975.
