- 2- <br />Mrs. John Shirley, suggested that signs be put up only for <br />snow removal. She thought this would help the situation. <br />The Mayor said that tY~re i.s a Snow Removal Parking Ban Ordinance, <br />therefore signs are not required. <br />Mr. Richard Duval, questioned why the residents on Derby Road <br />(which has somewhat of a grade) were allowed to park on both sides <br />and also why the Police Chief made the decision to put up the <br />No Parking Signs? Mayor Leech stated that it was not the decision <br />of the Police Chief , but. that of the Mayor. <br />Mr. Barnett, advised the Council that the homeowners have access <br />to several privileges as those of the apartment residents, such as, <br />plowing of snow, security, and use of the swimming pool. <br />Mrs. Cianciolo, 915 Aintree Park, stated she felt the apartment <br />residents should have been notified by letter advising them of the <br />No Parking Signs. <br />At the conclusion of the discussion, Mayor Leech agreed to meet <br />on March 24th at 8:30 P.M. with representatives of the apartment <br />and the home owners. <br />There being no further comments from the floor, that segment of the <br />meeting concluded. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to approve <br />the minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 17, 1975. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, Mrs. <br />Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Mr. Barclay, seconded by Mrs. Negrelli made a motion to approve <br />the Special Council Meeting minutes of February 25, 1975. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bordonaro, Ficken, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Mayor Leech made the following comments: <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />He advised the Council that Gus Amendo]a had recently passed a <br />course given in Columbus for Building Inspectors and he was now <br />fully qualified as a registered Building Inspector. <br />
