~~ 1 U' - 3- Mr. Prager commented that difficulties had been ironed out with the Mayfield Area Recreational Council (MARC). Mr. Prager announced the resignation of Mr. Sander Bordonaro from Council. Mr. Gene Bluhm has been appointed as the 7th member of Council, replacing Mr. Bordonaro. Due to prior committments, Mr. Bluhm was unable to attend the meeting. OLD BUSINESS Resolution 883, entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION", was introduced by Council as a Whole. This resolution concerns the resignation of Mr. Sander Bordonaro from Council. Mr. Bordonaro has served on Council since October, 1968 and has faithfully and diligently served the residents of Mayfield Village. Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Ficken, made a motion to suspend the rules of laws requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficken, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Prager, seconded by Mr. Ficken made a motion to pass Resolution 883. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Ficlcen, Mrs. Negrelli and Messrs., Prager and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted A letter of appreciation concerning Mr. Bordonaro was read to Council by Mr. Byrnes and a copy will be mailed to Mr. Bordonaro. Ordinance 74-42, entitled; "AUXILIARY POLICE RULE5", was deferred until the next meeting. Ordinance 75-10, entitled; "RN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECREATION BOARD, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 1054, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. Mr. Ralph Tarsitano was appointed Chairman along with 10 members to this Committee. Mr. Bennett, seconded by Mr. Barclay, made a motion to suspend the rules of laws requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
