~~ <br />-3- <br />1 <br />OLD BUSINESS° <br />Ordinance 76-13 - Off-Street Parking, has had three readings and a <br />Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to pass Ordinance 76-13. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />1 <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Ordinance 76-14, Prohibiting the Operation of Trucks upon Wilson <br />Mills Road east of SOM Center. <br />Given third reading. Safety Committee requested to provide comments <br />prior to re-opening of Wilson Mills Rd. as it is now closed for con- <br />struction. <br />Ordinance 76-16, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 303.99 OF <br />THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO BY PROVIDING CERTAIN <br />SPECIFIC PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER 351, TITLE SEVEN, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY". <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to pass Ordinance 76-16. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />Mrs. Negrelli and Mr. Schulte <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Ordinance 76-17, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING SALARIES, RATES <br />OF COMPENSATION, VACATION SCHEDULE AND OTHER BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE MUNICIPALITY, REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 75-18, 76-2 and 76-7, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, <br />of law requiring an ordinance to <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barc <br />Mrs. Negrelli <br />NAYS: None <br />made a motion to suspend the rules <br />be read on three separate occasions. <br />lay, Bennett, Busa, Flynn, Grogan, <br />and Mr. Schulte <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />
